A new luxury apartment community recently broke ground in Celina, Texas. The Depot is set to become a premier living destination featuring 336 Class A apartment units.

Nestled within the Celina Station mixed-use development, this community offers residents the convenience of walking to new retail spaces, the city’s upcoming entertainment district, and the latest public park.

This four-story residential complex will offer a variety of sophisticated one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Each unit is designed with high-end finishes, such as granite countertops, custom cabinetry, brushed nickel hardware and stainless steel appliances. The kitchens are equipped with islands, goose-neck faucets and pendants, as well as recessed LED lighting. Additionally, residents will benefit from full-size washers and dryers, walk-in closets and private patios.

The Depot also boasts a range of luxurious communal amenities. Residents can relax at the resort-style pool with tanning ledges or stay active in the state-of-the-art fitness center. For leisure, there is an indoor gaming lounge and a party kitchen with a coffee bar. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the game yard and the dog park, which includes a pet spa.

According to The Dallas Morning News, the complex will be entirely market-rate, with rents determined during the pre-leasing phase, expected to begin in mid-2025.

The complex, developed by Dallas-based HighPark Capital, is expected to open to future residents sometime during 2025, however, a specific move-in date has not been set. Final construction is anticipated to finish by early 2026.

Local Profile previously reported that Celina was ranked one of the fastest growing cities in the country by the U.S. Census Bureau. Among cities with populations of at least 20,000 individuals, Celina experienced the highest growth with a 26.6% increase between July 2022 and July 2023. In total, the city increased by about 9,000 residents.
