Carbon Companies and Greenway Investment Company, two privately held real estate firms based in Dallas, locked in roughly $125 million to bring the final stages of The Links on PGA Parkway development across the finish line.
According to Carbon Companies, this financing will fuel the completion of the upscale multifamily development in Frisco — a four-phase, 38-acre project that’s been steadily transforming one of the city’s most high-profile corridors.
What Is The Links
Located at 15950 Paramount Way, off PGA Parkway and the Dallas North Tollway, The Links on PGA Parkway is part of the burgeoning Frisco Urban Village. The first two phases of the development opened in December 2021 and October 2023, introducing 690 high-end residential units and a two-acre city park.
With this new financing in place, the final phases will add 620 podium-style apartments and 815 underground parking spaces. Each new building will also include state-of-the-art wellness centers and resort-style amenities.

When complete, The Links will offer a total of 1,310 one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Residents in the existing phases already enjoy stylish interiors, modern finishes and shared spaces. The development features two resort-style pools with outdoor lounges, two clubhouses, fully equipped fitness centers, a grab-and-go market and even an advanced golf simulator. Complimentary yoga classes and golf lessons from local professionals round out the lifestyle offerings.
“We are proud of this development and look forward to offering luxury housing to more residents in Frisco,” Carbon Companies CEO Ed Garahan said in an official statement.
A Prime Location In A Rapidly Growing Area
The property’s location places it at the heart of one of the fastest-growing areas in North Texas, with direct access to the Dallas North Tollway. Just minutes from the Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa, home to PGA of America and two championship golf courses, the community is also near The Star, Stonebriar Centre and Baylor Scott & White’s new health complex.
The neighborhood’s momentum also continues with major nearby developments. Universal Kids Resort is expected to open in 2026, and Fields West will bring premium retail, dining and residences to the area. Across the street, Firefly Park is under development with plans for 160 acres of green space, luxury homes, trails and a high-end hotel by 2027.

Adding to the cultural draw, the city of Frisco and Prosper ISD announced plans for a $340 million Frisco Center for the Arts, to be located at the northwest corner of PGA Parkway and the Dallas North Tollway, if approved by voters in May.
Looking Ahead to 2027 Completion
With the Dallas North Tollway expansion nearing completion and more top-tier attractions and amenities coming, The Links on PGA Parkway is expected as a cornerstone of Frisco’s future. Once the final phases are delivered in 2027, the community will be home to nearly 1,500 residents in one of the region’s most sought-after urban enclaves.
