The Aspenwood Company, a Texas-based senior residential management and operations company, has recently acquired four retirement communities in North Texas. The new Aspenwood communities, operating under The Village on the Park brand, are located in the communities of Plano, Denton and McKinney. Together, they contribute a collective total of 366 units to its expanding portfolio.
Aspenwood manages 20 luxury communities, primarily operating under The Village and The Village on the Park brands. Most recently, The Village on Morehead opened in Charlotte, North Carolina in January 2024.
There's an ever-growing demand for upscale senior residential options with quality memory care facilities. To meet these needs, plans are underway for interior cosmetic enhancements. These updates will encompass a rejuvenation of furnishings, flooring, artwork and paint colors, ensuring that its residents enjoy a modern and inviting living environment.

- Village on the Park Denton, formerly Anthology of Denton, 1919 Brinker Road
- Village on the Park Stonebridge Ranch, formerly Anthology of Stonebridge Ranch, in McKinney at 3300 Stonebridge Drive
- Village on the Park McKinney, formerly HarborChase of McKinney, 265 Plateau Drive
