Toll Brothers Apartment Living, in partnership with Equity Residential, announced the opening of Remy, a new luxury apartment community in Frisco.
Situated at 5775 Blairview Street, this new community offers 357 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes. Construction of Remy began in 2022 and was financed by a $55.6 million loan from Santander Bank, N.A. “Remy’s exceptional design, as well as its ideal location close to Frisco Square, speaks to our commitment to building elevated luxury communities in vibrant locations positioned for continued growth,” John McCullough, president of Toll Brothers Apartment Living said in an official statement.
The apartment residences at Remy feature contemporary designs with upscale features and finishes. Kitchens are equipped with islands accented by decorative pendant lighting, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and flat-panel cabinetry.
The starting rental rates for Remy are $1,435 for a one-bedroom apartment and $2,410 for a two-bedroom apartment. Studio prices are not yet available.
Residents will enjoy crafted living spaces, featuring luxury hardwood-style flooring, plush bedroom carpeting and oversized closets. Each home is outfitted with smart home technology, including keyless entry, smart thermostats and in-residence Wi-Fi. Select residences also offer private balconies, patios or fenced-in yards.
The apartment community offers a range of amenities including a sky lounge, outdoor gaming lawn, coworking and conference spaces, a resort-inspired pool with sundeck, grilling stations, a clubroom, game lounge with billiards, a library, theater room, yoga and indoor cycling studio, mailroom and a pet spa.
Remy, located near Frisco Square, also offers residents a variety of restaurants, cafes, shops and green spaces in a walkable neighborhood.
