Tande Thai, a new restaurant at Grandscape in The Colony, is introducing a happy hour program featuring craft cocktails priced at $10 or less, along with call drinks, wine, draft beer and small plates, all under $10.

The happy hour cocktail menu features highlights such as the Thai rita ($6) made with Espolon tequila, orange liqueur and agave; the Buffalo Trace old fashioned ($8); the lemon drop martini ($8) with Deep Eddy’s lemon vodka and orange liqueur; and the berry nice margarita ($10) with Espolon tequila, orange liqueur and berry puree.

Guests can also enjoy call spirits like Bacardi rum, Buffalo Trace, Tito’s vodka, Tanqueray gin and more for just $6. Select red and white wines are available by the glass for $8, and draft beer for $5.

To complement the drinks, a selection of small plates is available, including the green curry queso and chips ($6) featuring house-made green curry, white American cheese and corn tortilla chips; fried tofu ($8) glazed with a sweet and spicy sauce, served with a pickled medley and scallions; and chicken sliders ($10) with crispy spicy-battered fried chicken, sweet chili dipping sauce, pickled carrots, field greens, house pickles and Thai aioli.

At the core of the restaurant’s exceptional dishes is chef Paul Imjard, who honed his skills at the renowned Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France, and drew inspiration from Bangkok's vibrant culinary scene to craft Tande Thai’s refined menu.

“At Tande Thai, ‘Eat Well, Live Well’ isn't just a motto; it's a way of life, as the name Tande means ‘eat well’ in Thai,” Imjard previously said. “We are committed to providing high-quality, authentic Thai cuisine that nourishes both the body and soul. Drawing upon my roots and culinary journey, I have curated a menu that showcases the essence of Thai flavors, with ingredients sourced directly from Thailand to ensure an unmatched taste profile for our guests.”

Chef Imjard’s path to Tande Thai began over a decade ago when his family entered the food and beverage industry, sparking his passion for bringing authentic Thai flavors to a broader audience. After a successful 15-year career in engineering and investment management, Imjard decided to pursue his true passion for cooking. Now, he's sharing the flavors of Thai culture with North Texans.

The new happy hour menu is available daily from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. (except Mondays).
