Sadelle’s Highland Park Introduces New Kids' Menu

The menu features options designed to elevate dining experiences for young guests

Sadelle’s Highland Park, part of Major Food Group (MFG), introduced its first-ever kids’ menu, catering to children 12 and under. This new menu focuses on high-quality, healthy ingredients, such as hormone and antibiotic-free chicken, to create an elevated dining experience for young diners. It offers a fine dining option for families looking for nutritious meals their children will enjoy.

Developed under the guidance of Sadelle’s chef de cuisine, Keith Potter, the menu features familiar favorites reimagined with fine dining standards. “This menu is intended to be well-rounded for all types of children's tastes,” said Potter in an official statement, who took inspiration from his experience cooking for his own children. According to the statement, the offerings reflect MFG’s commitment to fresh, seasonal ingredients while prioritizing nutrition to support children's growth and development.

Among the menu options are playful takes on childhood classics, such as Kobe mini hotdogs wrapped in French puff pastry, creamy tomato soup made with San Marzano tomatoes and a grilled cheese sandwich crafted with Muenster, Swiss and sharp cheddar cheeses on fresh-baked challah. Healthier alternatives, like crudités served with roasted garlic hummus, are also available for families seeking nutritious choices. Sadelle’s also introduces an indulgent dessert — the “big pink cake,” a 14-layer vanilla sponge cake with strawberry jam and Valrhona chocolate frosting, designed to be a fun, shareable treat.

According to a survey conducted by MFG, 67% of Dallas parents struggle to find kid-friendly options in upscale restaurants, while 65% highlighted the difficulty of securing healthy choices. Sadelle’s new kids’ menu addresses these concerns, offering both familiar tastes and nutrient-rich selections.

The menu is available during dinner hours, Monday through Sunday, from 5 to 9 p.m. at Sadelle’s Highland Park, located at No. 1 Highland Park Village. For more information, visit Sadelle’s.
