Rock and Brews, the brainchild of KISS frontmen Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons, just expanded into Grapevine, Texas after opening at Grandscape in The Colony in 2016.

The newest location at the intersection of Main Street and State Highway 114 officially opened on July 2, 2024. Rock and Brews is serving up American classics such as ribs, wings and steak, as well as pasta and seafood options. Craft cocktails, beer and wine are also available for guests to enjoy.

The 9,000-square-foot venue in Grapevine is adorned with rock art, concert lighting, patio seating and music videos displayed on large-screen TVs. It also includes a tribute to the U.S. Armed Forces, offering discounts to veterans, active-duty military and first responders throughout the year.

The new location will also host live music throughout the summer with local acts such as Ashmore, Black Burrow, Oatmeal Pizza and more scheduled to play

The Grapevine establishment marks the newest addition to Rock & Brews' expanding presence, joining over 20 locations spread across eight states nationwide. Additional openings are scheduled soon: one in Wisconsin later this summer and another in Oklahoma next year.

The restaurant was first established in El Segundo, California in 2012 by Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons of KISS, along with concert tour promoters Dave and Dell Furano.
