Nestled inside Celina’s 40,000 square foot century-old grain silos, there’s a new destination that offers a seamless blend of history and modern luxury.
From cozy firepits and live music to an upscale dining room and cigar lounge, The Silos invites guests to experience life’s best moments with a touch of history. The soft opening began in early March, and the venue is now accepting reservations five days a week — closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
What The Silos Brings To Celina
The Silos, founded by Michael and Kim Arani, with director of operations and co-creator Eric Harnett, is a long-time coming addition to the city.
“When we first moved to Celina, we noticed something missing — a place where families and friends could gather, enjoy great food and create lasting memories,” The Silos website reads. “In this charming small town, it often meant traveling a long way to find that kind of experience.”
The space blends the industrial feel of the original silos with a more modern look, keeping a focus on craft and community. It's meant to be more than just a spot to eat or grab a drink — it’s a place to gather.

“I love the idea of friends gathering with great food and great drink,” said Harnett on the restaurant website. Sharing stories, coming together as a community and celebrating special family moments.”
Elevated Dining With Chef Tony Sanchez
At the heart of The Silos is an upscale American restaurant helmed by renowned chef Tony Sanchez, who brings 20 years of experience in the industry, including time in hotels and high-end restaurants, and has worked alongside Michelin-recognized chefs. Known for his attention to flavor and presentation, chef Sanchez delivers a menu that balances comfort with sophistication. A Cigar Lounge Meets Speakeasy
Tucked inside the historic silos is an exclusive cigar and cocktail lounge. Outfitted with a high-end ventilation system and an onsite humidor, the lounge offers a curated selection of cigars and a separate menu of cocktails and small plates. With its speakeasy feel and private event availability, it’s a sophisticated escape within the larger experience. Cigar enthusiasts will find options such as Oliva Series “V” Melanio Maduro Torpedo, Deadwood Tobacco Co. Crazy Alice, Cohiba Blue Toro and many more.

Whiskey Worth Savoring
For whiskey enthusiasts, The Silos boasts an extensive collection of rare bourbons, single malts and small-batch ryes from around the globe. Each pour is a tribute to tradition, offering something for every palate — from sweet, smooth finishes to bold, smoky profiles.
