As Local Profile previously reported, III Forks is stepping into a new era — more glow, more gold and a fresh new address. And now we know exactly when that era starts.
On April 8, 2025, the steakhouse will debut its new flagship location at Village on the Parkway in Addison, introducing a more modern and social take on the fine dining steakhouse experience.
A Steakhouse With a Twist
From the moment guests arrive, it’s clear this isn’t the dark steakhouse vibes of old. A glowing façade and oversized golden handle welcome diners into a sleek, artfully tiled lobby with brighter lighting and a peek at the restaurant’s carefully curated collection of over 1,200 wines. It’s steakhouse meets style and it’s designed to impress without intimidating.
The transformation continues inside. Guests first pass through a buzzing bar that’s more scene than sidebar before entering a contemporary dining room filled with antique gold light fixtures and layered ceiling panels.
Designed by Harrison, every inch of the space blends tradition with a fresher energy. “This opening marks a bold reinvention of III Forks,” said Harrison CEO Keith Anderson in an official statement, noting the brand’s effort to evolve while keeping its signature hospitality at the forefront. “Our team blended its iconic heritage with a dramatic evolution in brand identity, guest experience and design, ensuring its timeless values remain at the heart of this transformation.”

Same Standards, New Menu Highlights
Private dining also gets a refresh. One room is accessed through a hidden door — think speakeasy but with steak — and another leans into Art Deco vibes with custom lighting and artwork. Even the restrooms are worth a visit, featuring Hill Country-inspired wallpaper, curved ceilings and unexpected design touches.
Of course, the food still brings the heat. Chef-Proprietor Chris Vogeli keeps the classics but adds a few modern crowd-pleasers, like Snake River Farms American Wagyu, A5 Miyazaki Gyu and chicken fried lobster. Other standout dishes include diver scallops with bacon jam, and a prime pork chop with serrano peach barbecue sauce and balsamic glaze.
“Our flagship location will redefine what steakhouse dining means,” said III Forks President Curtis Osmond in an official statement.
Reinventing the Experience
The result is a dining experience that feels more like stepping into a boutique hotel than a traditional steakhouse — polished, warm and a little unexpected in all the right ways. And yes, you should absolutely peek into the hallway just to see the wallpaper.
The new Addison location opens its bar daily at 4 p.m., with dinner service from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Saturday and until 10 p.m. on Sundays. Reservations can be made at iiiforks.com/locations/addison.
