With more than a decade of expertise in cocktail creation, spirits innovation and hospitality, Simmons brings a deep passion for mixology and a vast reservoir of knowledge to elevate Ginger’s elegant ambiance.
In his previous role as corporate beverage director at What If...Syndicate Hospitality, Simmons oversaw beverage programs for seven prominent venues, including Maple & Ash, Monarch, Kessaku and Etta. Under his direction, these establishments generated an impressive $16.1 million in beverage sales from 2019 to 2022.
Simmons’ responsibilities included crafting signature cocktails, managing six-figure budgets, and training staff in luxury service and beverage innovation. His work earned him accolades such as Thrillist’s "Top 5 Bartenders You Need to Know in Nashville" and Star Chefs’ "Chicago Rising Star Bartender 2021."

Designed by JonesBaker, the space exudes sophistication with art deco touches, U-shaped leather booths in rich green, gold and red tones, and a marble-topped walnut bar.
