Dee Lincoln Prime, an upscale steakhouse in Frisco renowned for its prime steaks and innovative cuisine, welcomed Chef Mario Roca as its new executive chef. Roca, who brings nearly a decade of experience from Wolfgang Puck Catering, will enhance the restaurant's culinary offerings.
Chef Roca's impressive career spans prestigious locations including the Hamptons, New York; Miami, Florida; Washington, D.C.; and Houston, Texas. Since starting in 2004, he has excelled in various roles such as chef de partie, chef de cuisine, operations manager, executive sous chef and executive chef. At Dee Lincoln Prime, he will oversee the preparation of prime steaks, Japanese wagyu and Kobe beef, as well as fresh seafood and sushi, promising to elevate the dining experience with new and unique dishes.

During his nine years with Wolfgang Puck Catering, Chef Roca showcased his expertise at high-profile events such as the Oscars, star-studded weddings and exclusive galas. Notably, he traveled to Mumbai, India, to execute the wedding of Mukesh Ambani’s daughter, one of the richest men in the world. He was also instrumental in launching Wolfgang Puck’s flagship location, III by Wolfgang Puck, in Houston, Texas, in 2019.
