The Dallas Stars and Dallas Mavericks are partnering to enhance the food menu at the American Airlines Center. This season, guests can enjoy new food specials such as tacos, churros, pizza, burgers and more.

The two teams collaborated with Levy, the American Airlines Center’s hospitality partner, and 50 Eggs Hospitality Group to elevate the overall dining experience. Fans attending basketball and hockey games this season can expect a variety of mouthwatering new offerings. The new options debuted on Oct. 12, at the Dallas Stars’ regular season home opener against the New York Islanders.

John Kunkel’s 50 Eggs Hospitality, known for popular spots like Yardbird, Chica and Wakuda, will introduce their hand-breaded chicken tenders from the fan-favorite Spring Chicken restaurant. They played a key role in shaping the new elevated menu alongside Levy and the American Airlines Center.

For pizza, the arena’s top-selling item, 50 Eggs brought in Chef Frank Bonanno, a multiple James Beard Award nominee and Michelin-recommended chef. Bonanno will serve freshly made, hand-stretched pizzas using top-quality ingredients. His cheese and pepperoni pizzas will be available at Bonanno Brothers Pizzeria throughout the arena.

Other highlights include a Texas-sized Philly cheesesteak sandwich made with 44 Farms shaved rib-eye, Niman Ranch hot dogs featuring premium beef, artisan jumbo pretzels from Ben’s Pretzels, dulce de leche churros from The Churro Factory and street tacos (carne asada, chicken carnitas or al pastor) served on preservative-free corn tortillas from La Norteña Tortilla. Levy’s signature smash burger will also be available.

In true Texas fashion, there will be a selection of BBQ dishes as well. Zavala’s BBQ, will continue offering fan favorites like brisket, ribs, sausage and more at the American Airlines Center.

“We’re thrilled that our fans will be able to choose from a wide array of fantastic food when they come to a Dallas Stars game,” Dallas Stars President and CEO Brad Alberts said in an official statement. “Championship-level teams on the ice and on the court go well with championship-level food, and our fans deserve it. We’re thankful to our partners at the Mavericks, Levy and 50 Eggs Hospitality for coming together to make it all happen.”
