CATCH Dallas To Open In Fall 2024

The opening will mark the eighth U.S. location for Catch Hospitality Group

Catch Hospitality Group recently announced that CATCH Dallas will officially open on Nov. 8, 2024, in Uptown's historic Maple Terrace development. 

CATCH’s unique, shareable dining style combines simple yet elegant seafood, sushi and steak with outstanding service and a vibrant atmosphere. CATCH Dallas will continue the brand’s dedication to exceptional quality, featuring a distinguished Japanese sushi and wagyu program. 

The menu will showcase locally inspired dishes alongside beloved CATCH classics, including the signature Catch roll, truffle sashimi, mushroom spaghetti and Cantonese lobster. Guests can also indulge in premier sushi selections from Tokyo’s Toyosu market and enjoy a unique variety of Japanese Wagyu, expertly seared tableside on a hot rock — offering a glimpse of the experiential dining experience that Catch Hospitality Group is bringing to Dallas.

The highly anticipated opening will be the eighth location for the acclaimed brand, which already has establishments in Aspen, New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Miami Beach.

“I am excited to expand the CATCH brand to the reimagined Maple Terrace area,” said Tilman Fertitta, Catch Hospitality Group partner, in an official statement. “Dallas has always been a great market for us and the city’s constantly growing culinary scene is amazing. We’re excited to be a part of it all and Dallas can expect nothing less of our newest CATCH location.”

CATCH Dallas, located at 3005 Maple Avenue, will be designed by the Rockwell Group — known for their work on CATCH locations in Las Vegas and Miami Beach, as well as CATCH Steak in New York City, Aspen and Los Angeles. The space combines modern elegance with historic charm, paying tribute to the area’s glamorous past, once frequented by legends like Elvis Presley, Dean Martin and Judy Garland, infusing the venue with energy and sophistication.  

The interior features antique mirrors, marble, sleek finishes, Venetian plaster and rich woods. A grand main bar with tiered sapele wood risers reflects the area's timeless glamour. CATCH’s signature olive tree, a beloved design element, stands at the center of the main dining room, surrounded by luxurious banquettes atop expansive marble stones. Additionally, a two-level outdoor patio offers a stylish escape, complete with green-striped banquettes and a teal trellis beneath a striking striped canopy.

Inspired by The Red Room at CATCH STEAK, The Emerald Room offers 1,900 square feet of flexible private dining space. The room features floral wallcoverings, green lacquer paneling, leather banquettes and copper accents, for both intimate and larger gatherings. With direct access to a second-floor outdoor patio, guests can easily move between indoor and outdoor settings. The space also includes a playful nod to CATCH Steak’s eclectic animal portraits, showcased in the lacquered green gallery stairway.

CATCH Dallas's opening hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. The bar will open at 4:30 p.m. seven days a week.
