Carbone Dallas, the renowned Italian-American restaurant from Major Food Group, will offer an exclusive wine and steak experience starting Sept. 25. For six consecutive Wednesday evenings, diners can enjoy rare Tuscan wines poured by the glass paired with premium American Wagyu beef sourced from Dallas' Rosewood Ranches.
Chef Mario Carbone meticulously curated this special menu to feature exceptional wines, including some of the most coveted vintages from Tuscany. Each week, two wines will be offered by the glass, alongside a selection of expertly prepared steaks. The offerings include a 24-ounce cowboy steak priced at $270 for two, a 14-ounce bone-in strip for $160 and an 8-ounce filet mignon for $55. Guests can enhance their meal with chef’s Barolo sauce or mare e monte, a shrimp-based butter sauce, for an additional $15 each.

“The Carbone Dallas wine collection includes more than 1000 references, and 10,000 bottles valued at over $1 million,” said John Slover, National Beverage Director for Major Food Group in an official statement. “When a rare wine is uncorked, it is limited to the table. We felt that offering this experience by the glass would involve more of our wine enthusiasts and expose more of our guests to these incomparable flavors.”
The Carbone Dallas Steak & Super Tuscans menu will be available each Wednesday from September 25 through October 30, at 1617 Hi Line Drive, Dallas, TX 75207.
