GoVerden, an avocado supplier and producer of ready-made guacamole, announced the opening of its new U.S. headquarters at Legacy West in Plano, Texas.
This expansion aims to support the company's rapid growth and strengthen its ability to serve markets throughout North America.
"We are pleased to establish our new home base in Plano,” Vice President of North American Sales Rick Joyal said in an official statement. “North Texas offers excellent travel connectivity within the US and to our key markets in Canada, Europe and Mexico. This new office will enable us to better serve our distributors, partners, retailers and suppliers, and to identify new opportunities to grow our brand.”
The new headquarters comes in response to the company's remarkable double-digit growth over the past three years and the rising demand for its products. The new headquarters will enable GoVerden to double its staff size.
"We have been adding more points of distribution across North America for our own branded guacamole and doubling our efforts to support growth in the Foodservice Channel," said Joyal. "The new headquarters is essential to continue this momentum and to reach more customers as we expand our product offerings."
GoVerden is owned by three of the largest avocado growers in Michoacán, Mexico, known as the avocado capital of the world. While the company was established in 2018, its family farming roots stretch back over three decades, with history in producing avocados for both fresh and processed markets.
Every GoVerden product begins with hand-scooped Hass avocados. All of the company's ready-made guacamole and fresh avocado products are preservative-free and made exclusively with all-natural, non-GMO ingredients.
