Where It Is

Located off N Custer Road and University Drive, the development is in the Prosper Independent School District. Children in the community can attend Cockrell Elementary, Rogers Middle School and Walnut Grove High School. The community's prime location provides easy access to major employers, commuter routes, shopping, dining and entertainment in both Prosper and Frisco.

Why Is This Important

As Local Profile previously reported, since 2020, the rapidly expanding city of Prosper saw a staggering 40.6% increase in population.

Not only is the city growing, but it is also becoming more buyer-friendly. In September, the city approved lowering the property tax rate to $0.505 per $100 of taxable value — the lowest value since 2006. The homestead exemption will also be increased from 15% to 17.5%, providing additional targeted tax relief.
