Cheney Group recently announced its role as the exclusive listing agent for the Parkside Villas at The Preserve by Ventura Custom Homes.
According to the Cheney Group, the community will be “a Newport Beach-inspired” community designed for residents to experience a hotel-style feel.

Ventura Custom Homes will collaborate with the esteemed town architect, SHM from Fields for the upcoming project.
Current prototypes feature innovative architectural concepts, notably the "front yard living" concept, which is emerging in the DFW area.
Each home in Parkside Villas flaunts its distinct architectural character, spanning from the clean, modern lines of Santa Barbara Modern to the cosmopolitan feel of Manhattan Penthouse, the lively aesthetics of Miami Contemporary, the coastal allure of Newport Coastal and the lavish style of Dubai Chic.
Open spaces in The Preserve will feature pavilions, water features and pergolas for residents to enjoy throughout the community. The project will include gated entries and stone walls for resident’s privacy. The homes will feature side yard pools, as well as water and fire elements.
