H-E-B is set to open Joe V's Smart Shop in Dallas on Wednesday, June 12 as part of its expansion in North Texas. This will mark the first Joe V’s Smart Shop location in DFW and outside of the Houston area.
The 55,000-square-foot store is planned for 4101 W. Wheatland Road, Dallas, providing top-notch fresh products at unbeatable prices for its valued patrons, affectionately dubbed Smart Shoppers.
Executives and store managers from Joe V’s will be present at the grand opening to give shoppers insights into the store's offerings, departments and services.
Joe V’s Smart Shop by H-E-B introduces an inventive pricing model, offering a thoughtfully selected range of community-centric products alongside H-E-B's renowned high-quality, fresh offerings, all at even more affordable rates.

The San Antonio-based grocery giant also recently announced several new H-E-B locations across North Texas. The store, set for Murphy and Bedford/Euless, will include a True Texas BBQ restaurant, curbside pickup area, fuel station and car wash, among other amenities.
The Murphy store, spanning approximately 136,000 square feet, will be located at the southwest corner of FM 544 and McCreary Road, adjacent to the current CVS Pharmacy. The new location is slated to commence construction within the next year, eyeing an opening in 2026.
In Bedford/Euless, H-E-B prepares to establish its presence at the northwest corner of Cheek-Sparger Road and Rio Grande Boulevard. Slated for completion in the latter half of 2026, the new store promises to deliver the same quality and service that has endeared H-E-B to customers across Texas.
