As North Texas continues to boom, the demand for healthcare services is more critical than ever. In response, Baylor Scott & White Health aims to ensure that the region’s healthcare infrastructure keeps up.
This new facility is part of a larger initiative to improve access to medical care, reduce wait times and provide healthcare services to one of the fastest-growing regions in the country.
According to Baylor Scott & White (via WFAA), the 37-acre medical center is situated at the northeast intersection of Dallas Parkway and PGA Parkway.
What The New Campus Features
The 340,000-square-foot, 84-bed hospital will offer comprehensive cardiovascular care, including catheterization labs, as well as emergency and trauma care services. A dedicated women’s health floor will provide specialized care with labor and delivery rooms, a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and postpartum recovery suites, ensuring a full spectrum of care forever age.
“With our newest medical center opening in late summer of 2025, you can feel confident you’ll have access to the care you need,” Baylor Scott & White said on their website.
Other features include:
- Elevated experience with personalized concierge services, including free valet parking
- Green spaces with 2.3 miles of paved trails and over 300 trees
- Full-service medical center for health check-ups, family care and chronic condition treatment
- Surgical facilities, including operating rooms, cardiac procedure rooms, gastroenterology and robotic technology
- Imaging and interventional radiology services, including a dedicated women’s imaging center

What Will Happen Next
In 2022, the property was rezoned to prepare for construction. Then in 2023, site preparation and dirt work began.

Universal Kids Resort
The Universal Kids Resort, located adjacent to the Fields development, is currently under construction.
