The Dallas Cowboys unveiled an array of new food and beverage offerings for the 2024 NFL season at AT&T Stadium, with a special debut set for Aug. 24 during the preseason game against the Los Angeles Chargers. The official launch will occur on Sept. 15 when the Cowboys face the New Orleans Saints in their home opener.
The star of the new menu is the Pizza Burger, an indulgent creation featuring a 16-ounce Angus beef patty nestled between two pepperoni pizzas. This hearty dish is just one of over 20 new menu items designed to elevate the stadium’s renowned game-day offerings. Other notable additions include the buffalo chicken empanadas, vegan tostitos ultimate nachos and the sweet churro waffle.
To complement the expanded menu, the Cowboys are also introducing exclusive merchandise, including the rowdy souvenir cup and a Dallas Cowboys-branded 30 oz Yeti tumbler, available for purchase at AT&T Stadium. The Pro Shop will also offer fresh merchandise, including Homage® signature t-shirts, Nike gear and Hooey ball caps.
The 2024 season also introduces several game day conveniences. AT&T Stadium will offer in-seat delivery for food and beverages via the Dallas Cowboys App and Zippin frictionless technology will enable quick transactions at Grab N Go stands. The popular Rally Day pre-game experience at Miller Lite® House on the West Plaza will return on five dates throughout the season.
“The new additions for fans on Dallas Cowboys game day for the 2024 NFL Season are very exciting and continue to provide something all fans of all ages can enjoy – and share,” said George Wasai, vice president of food and beverage for Legends Hospitality for AT&T Stadium. “These 20-plus delicious new items we’ve created for our already wide-ranging menus are taking the excellent Dallas Cowboys game day to new levels of flavor and fun.”
The culinary team behind these innovations includes Legends Hospitality’s Culinary Director and Executive Chef Marcelo Vasquez, Executive Pastry Chef Marcello Guevara and Concessions Chef Heather Fuller. Together, they have crafted a menu that blends bold flavors with fan favorites, promising a memorable experience for all who attend Cowboys games this season.
The Dallas Cowboys also continue their commitment to inclusivity and health through their Plant-Based Touchdown program, a partnership with Paul Quinn College’s WE Over Me Farm. This initiative, launched in 2021, promotes the health benefits of plant-based diets, particularly among African-American, Latino and Native-American communities, while combatting chronic illnesses such as diabetes and hypertension.
