Join Whiskey Cake Plano for a Bulleit Distillery pairing dinner on Tuesday, April 16 at 7 p.m. Tickets start at $115 per person.
The menu for the evening will start with an amuse Crispy Venison Taco with cilantro, sweet onion, radish and chipotle cream, paired with Saddle Up, made with Bulleit Bourbon, creme de framboise, lemon, mint simple syrup and soda.
Course one is a Wagyu Pastrami Bilini made with bourbon braised kraut and remoulade, paired with a Bulleit American Frontier Single Malt, served neat.
Course two will be a 'Cansas' City Cucumber Salad with shaved carrots, radish and a buttermilk vinaigrette, served with the City Slicker, made with Bulleit Rye, strawberry-infused vermouth and angostura bitters.
Course three is a Rabbit Confit Pot Pie made with peas, carrots and charred corn, paired with Bulleit Bourbon 10 Year, served neat.
Finally, the dessert course will be a Bourbon Bread Pudding with dark chocolate chips, Bulleit-soaked golden raisins and vanilla bean cream, it is served with the Campfire Old Fashioned, made with Bulleit Single Barrel, marshmallow simple, Bittermens Xocolatl Mole and toasted marshmallow meringue.
