Whataburger is starting the new year on a grand note by introducing the newly launched boneless wings, called, wait for it, WhataWings.
The brand-new wings consist of nine 100% white-meat chicken bites, coated in four flavorful sauces. The initial range of sauces includes honey butter, buffalo, honey BBQ and sweet & spicy.
“Our customers have a passion for Whataburger’s proprietary sauces,” said Whataburger Chief Administrative Officer Alexander Ivannikov. “So, we’re excited to spread our wings around that enthusiasm by pairing favorites like Honey Butter and Sweet & Spicy with our premium chicken tender bites.”
It was not announced how long the wings will be available, so try them while they’re here. Pricing and availability vary by market.
“With football season in full swing, WhataWings are sure to level up your game-day spread,” Whataburger said in a statement. “And you’ll also be the hero of the family gathering or party with WhataWings in tow.”
The burger chain also announced the Dr Pepper shake will be back in stock for a limited time, perfect for washing down those WhataWings.

The Whataburger with cheese takes the top spot among similar food options, securing a leading health score of 8.4. This ranking is determined by considering various nutrition facts, including sugar content, fat levels, salt and overall calorie count.
According to Whataburger, the classic burger comprises 590 calories, 25 grams of fat, 12 grams of sugar and 1,220 milligrams of sodium. In-N-Out Burger secured an 8.2 rating, earning it the title of the second healthiest fast food burger, with Burger King claiming the last position.
