Tommy Bahama Introduces New La Comida & Tequila Menu In Plano, Texas

The limited-time menu features Latin-inspired dishes paired with four unique tequila cocktails

Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar recently introduced its special la comida and tequila menu, available throughout September and November at all locations. This limited-time offering showcases an elevated twist on classic Mexican cuisine, featuring four new tequila cocktails paired with Latin-inspired dishes.

The menu includes a variety of seafood and traditional Mexican flavors, creating a unique culinary experience for diners. Highlights include:

Dishes:

  • Aguachile ($20) – Peruvian bay scallops, Argentinian red shrimp, halibut or snapper (depending on the location), Cucumber, Pickled Red Onions, Rancho Gordo Hominy and Tajin House-Made Chips.
  • Seafood posole verde ($36): Green chili and clam broth, Manila clams, Peruvian bay scallops, halibut or snapper, cilantro, served with traditional accompaniments: lime, radish, red onion and jalapeno.
  • Duroc pork carnitas flautas ($15) – Chile ancho, apple cider jus, pickled raisin, apple slaw, lime sour cream and cotija cheese.
  • Spinach and sunchoke enchiladas ($24) – Oaxaca cheese, salsa verde, pomegranate and sunchoke puree.

Cocktails:

  • Spa day margarita ($16) – El Tequileno Blanco tequila, avocado, agave and lime with a Tajin rim.
  • My manzana ($17) – El Tequileno Reposado, Ilegal Joven, cinnamon syrup, apple and lemon.
  • Dancing in the dark ($16) – El Tequileno Reposado, espresso and Liquor 43, a twist on the classic espresso martini.
  • Tres A’s ($19) – Patron Extra Anejo, Amaretto and Free Brothers Chocolate Bitters.

The menu is available now at Tommy Bahama's Plano location at Legacy West, 7501 Windrose Ave.
