Italian-inspired steakhouse, The Saint, is introducing a prefixed three-course dinner exclusively available on Tuesdays. The three course dinner will feature the fan-favorite Texas Wagyu Tomahawk. Make Tuesday special with the new perfect date night option or mid-week pick me up.
The Texas Wagyu Tomahawk dinner will be available for $195 for two guests, with an additional option for a cocktail or wine pairing priced at $30 per person. Guests can enjoy a selection of two starters, a Texas Wagyu Tomahawk, two sides and a choice of dessert.
For the first course, guests can choose two of the following: Whipped Ricotta with chili crunch, 75226 honey and grilled rustic bread; Steamed P.E.I. Mussels with 'Nduja, white wine, pickled peppers and grilled focaccia; The Saint Caesar with little gem romaine, focaccia breadcrumbs and black garlic caesar dressing; or Blistered Peppers with Maldon salt, pickled mustard seeds and lemon.
The main course is a 36 oz. Texas Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye from Wagyu-X, Mitholodian, TX with the choice of two sides. Sides include: charred broccolini, creamed spinach, potato puree, roasted wild mushrooms or Italian fries. Guests can add melted bone marrow for an additional $8.
For dessert, guests can choose between a seasonal Panna Cotta, or for an additional $5, the White Chocolate Cheesecake.
The Saint is open 5 p.m. - 10 p.m. Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and from 5 p.m. - 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
