The built-to-order salad kitchen, Salata Salad Kitchen is celebrating the grand opening of its newest location in Frisco. The new restaurant opens March 28, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. and is located within the Shops of Eldorado at 4880 Eldorado Parkway, Suite 600.

To celebrate the grand opening, the new Frisco restaurant will host a dine for a cause initiative where 10% of all sales on the grand opening day will go toward St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

Grand opening celebrations continue with free gifts, as the first guest in line receives a Salata swag kit featuring a tote bag, lunch bento box, reusable water bottle, one-of-a-kind veggie stress ball and a $50 Salata gift card. The first 100 guests will receive a free Frisco Salata t-shirt. Guests who download the Salata Tastemaker app and join the rewards program can receive a free small veggie salad.

The location will also have face painting, live music and a succulent bar for guests to pot their own individual plant, as well as a 'Flights & Bites' station, featuring complimentary salad samples and a variety of organic teas and lemonades.

“The people of Frisco are known for their warmth and hospitality,” said Michael Mina, a multi-unit franchisee with five total Salata restaurants including this new opening in Frisco. “It’s a thriving environment brimming with diverse, health-conscious individuals and families who lead vibrant, active lives. I’m eagerly anticipating contributing to this welcoming community through Salata. We aim to create a dining experience for all ages that harmonizes with their wellness-oriented lifestyle and become one with the area.”

The Frisco Salata is the 98th location open nationwide. The location will be operated under Michael Mina and Grow Green Culinary, LLC, and is the fifth Salata restaurant for the group, with other locations in downtown Dallas and Park Cities.

"Michael's been a fundamental part of our brand since the beginning,” said Salata's President, Michele Maerz. “He has played an integral role in Salata's growth journey, embodying our mission and values wholeheartedly as we look to empower our guests wherever they are. We’re thrilled to have him open this latest Salata restaurant in Frisco.”
