Sadelle's is set to debut a robust café experience at its Highland Park Village location in Dallas, starting Feb. 1, 2024. The new ‘Sadelle’s Café’ will also feature enhancements such as online ordering. To celebrate these exciting new additions, Sadelle’s will be hosting a public pop-up experience and sampling event at the Café this Friday, Feb. 2 from noon until 2 p.m.
Sadelle’s Café will feature a reimagined mezzanine area, offering guests a multi-dimensional environment with panoramic views of the entire establishment. Additionally, the Cafe’s hours have expanded daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The new café menu will include a series of new made-to-order options such as traditional breakfast sandwiches and tacos, yogurt parfaits and protein packs:
The made-to-order sandwich menu will include Chicken Salad and Iceberg on a raisin challah bread; a Caprese on a seasoned Italian baguette, rabe pesto, tomato pesto, mozzarella, tomato, basil and extra virgin olive oil maldon; a Ham and Cheese Sandwich; and a Horseradish Beef and Cheddar Sandwich. Classic Bagel Sandwiches will also have bacon, egg, ham, sausage and avocado options.
Parfaits and puddings include the Honey Yogurt Parfait with Sadelle's granola and fresh berries; and Organic Overnight Oats with raisins, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and maple syrup.
Sadelle's Café is also introducing a fresh take on its beverage selection, including the addition of rotating, seasonal lattes, iced beverages and new 'Shakers' in refreshing flavors including Strawberry Coconut, Dragonfruit and Pomegranate and Passionfruit and Pineapple.
To further optimize convenience and guest experience at the Café, Sadelle’s will now offer an online ordering system through the mobile app, Incentivo, which launches in February.

Sadelle's and the Sadelle’s Café are located in Dallas at 1 Highland Park Village, Dallas, TX 75205. The new hours for the café are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.
