Nobu is gearing up to celebrate its 30th anniversary, marking three decades of revolutionizing the culinary world with its unique fusion of Japanese tradition and Peruvian flavors.

To honor the impressive milestone, Nobu restaurants, hotels and residences globally — including Dallas — will present exclusive experiences that showcase the brand’s rich history, current innovations and future vision.

Starting this September, Nobu will launch a series of exclusive anniversary events. From Oct. 7 to Oct. 13, guests can savor a special five-course omakase menu at Nobu Restaurants worldwide, priced at $130 per person. This carefully curated menu celebrates Nobu’s rich history with a blend of early dishes crafted by Chef Nobu and innovative creations reflecting his philosophy of humility, gratitude and hospitality.

Highlights include Japanese red snapper Matsuhisa-style, Japanese mirai beef anticucho and Nobu’s renowned black cod in butter lettuce. The dessert course features a modern take on the original chocolate bento box from 105 Hudson. According to Nobu, long-time patrons will enjoy both nostalgic flavors and exciting new interpretations of classic recipes.

Reservations can be made via OpenTable.

“We are very excited to celebrate this incredible milestone at our Nobu Restaurants and Hotels around the world,” said chef Nobu Matsuhisa in an official statement. “When designing these menus, we wanted to honor our journey, the dedication of our team members and the incredible support we’ve received from our guests over the past 30 years. Many of these dishes are based on some of my earliest creations, so they are very close to my heart.”

Established in 1994 with its first location in Tribeca, New York, Nobu has evolved into a global sensation, cementing its status as a culinary trailblazer with a steadfast commitment to quality. Beyond its renowned restaurants, Nobu features an array of hotels and residences worldwide.
