Who doesn't love brunch? Komodo is launching its very own Sunday brunch this weekend on April 28, from noon until 6 p.m.
This new experience will feature a range of culinary stations, drink packages and live entertainment. The elevated brunch affair will include stations such as dim sum, sushi and a raw cold bar.
Stand out brunch menu items include the chicken and waffle with hot maple, miso butter; the egg frittata with caramelized onions and nueske’s bacon; and the Korean-style eggs with nueske’s bacon, scallions and sesame.
Pricing for the adult buffet with one entree included starts at $65, with kids (buffet only) starting at $35. Guests looking to try the Unlimited Drink Package for 2 hours, which includes options from beer, wine, prosecco and bloody mary’s will pay $25, with the Unlimited Drink Package for 2 hours including all options from Package 1 but including additional cocktails, will pay $35.
