Knife Italian, chef John Tesar’s acclaimed steakhouse with an Italian flair, will host a decadent wine dinner in partnership with Quintessa Winery on Sept. 19, 2024.

This exclusive event will feature a Michelin-worthy five-course menu crafted by chef Tesar, paired with select Napa Valley wines from Quintessa.
The evening, running from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., offers a culinary journey that includes an amuse-bouche of lobster and courses such as seared diver scallop, red wine braised octopus and dry-aged ribeye. Each course will be paired with Quintessa wines, showcasing the estate's dedication to organic and biodynamic practices.
Quintessa Winery, known for its 280-acre estate and meticulous wine-making, will have a representative present to guide guests through the wine pairings. The dinner is priced at $300 per person, with seating limited.
