Ida Claire is celebrating Women's History Month with specially curated cocktails, each paying tribute to iconic female figures.

Starting on March 1, guests can indulge in featured cocktails crafted by Ida Claire’s talented female bartenders. These drinks are not only delicious but also pay homage to inspirational women. For every cocktail purchased, $2 will be donated to support the local charity, In My Shoes, a Dallas-based program assisting expecting mothers facing financial challenges.

The feature cocktails include Frida's Crown, Bossa Nova and Lavender Haze. Frida's Crown was created by Emily Davila, honors Frida Kahlo — it includes 21 Seeds Grapefruit Hibiscus Tequila, coco reàl, lime, simple, ginger tisane, cassis and aquafaba.

Bossa Nova was created by Valorie Tamayo, honoring Astrud Gilberto — it is made with Cachaça, lime, simple, Angostura bitters and jalapeño. Finally, Lavender Haze was created by Jasmine Mendels, honors Taylor Swift — it's made with Citadelle gin, blueberry vodka, blueberry lavender syrup, lemon and egg whites.

"At Ida Claire, we love celebrating the incredible achievements of women past and present," said Director of Operations at Ida Claire Ben Woodring. "Our specially curated cocktails toast the strength, creativity, and resilience of women everywhere, and by partnering with In My Shoes, we’re thrilled to support expecting mothers in our community during this important time in their lives."

In addition, Ida Claire will host Ida’s Women’s Market on Saturday, March 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Market will showcase women-owned small businesses selling handmade goods. Admission to the Women's Market is free.
