Ford’s Garage, a chain restaurant in Plano, announced that it will be offering a new comfort food-inspired menu during the next couple of months.

Referred to as the “Season of Comfort” menu, the assortment of cozy culinary delights was inspired by the National Restaurant Association's “What’s Hot” Culinary Forecast, a trends list that indicated that comfort foods and hard coffee beverages were in vogue this year.

From now through April 1, 2024, Ford’s Garage will wow customers with its creative twist on classic comfort foods that we all know and love.

During the Season of Comfort, diners can enjoy delectable dishes like the Fill ‘Er Up Philly Cheeseburger (half-pound of grilled Black Angus, caramelized onions, pepper jack cheese and more), Brisket Burnt Ends Loaded Fries (served with bourbon BBQ sauce and Pico De Gallo) and Cajun Chicken Skillet (blackened chicken with roasted red bell peppers, caramelized onions and cavatappi pasta).

For dessert lovers, Ford’s Garage is offering its new Cinnamon Crunch Fried Ice Cream, which consists of creamy vanilla ice cream that is coated in delicious Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and deep-fried to add some satisfying crispiness to the experience.

Complementing the dishes are a number of limited-edition, hand-crafted cocktails such as the Espresso Lane Martini (featuring SKYY Espresso Vodka, Solo Cold Brew Espresso, Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur and a touch of cream) and the Old Fashioned Burnout (which combines Horse Soldier Straight Bourbon, apricot-washed Amaro Montenegro, Demerara syrup, Angostura and orange bitters).

Ford’s Garage is located at 3904 North Dallas Parkway, Plano, TX 75093. It is open Monday - Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday - Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. (for brunch) and 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. for dinner.
