Fearing's Restaurant will mark its 17th anniversary with an exclusive event on Friday, Sept. 20, 2024.
From 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., the celebration will feature a family-style dinner prepared by a lineup of distinguished chefs, including Scott Conant, Robert Del Grande, Mark Kiffin, Charlie Palmer, Ming Tsai and Jonathan Waxman, alongside host chef Dean Fearing.
The evening will start with artisanal cocktails and passed hors d'oeuvres, followed by a seasonally inspired meal and indulgent desserts. Each course will be expertly paired with wines selected by Paul Botamer, the sommelier at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas.
