Get ready to step into a world of old-school glam and modern-day energy when EVELYN opens on March 26 in the Design District.
Launched by the same team behind The Mexican, Black Tap and Pie Tap, this chic new spot promises to be the destination for sophisticated dining, handcrafted cocktails and a lively nightlife experience.
A Hollywood-Inspired Escape

Think of EVELYN as a love letter to old-school Hollywood but with a modern twist. The 9,500-square-foot venue at 1201 Turtle Creek Blvd is an absolute showstopper, designed by ICRAVE, the creative minds behind STK and Catch.
“EVELYN is a little bit disco, a little bit rock ‘n’ roll and always effortlessly cool,” Lisa Johnson, ICRAVE design manager said in an official statement. “Every room reveals a different side of her personality, adding to her aura of mystery.
The space is divided into three dynamic areas: The piano room for intimate meals, the ruby room for lively drinks and room seven for all the late-night dancing and boogieing your heart desires. It’s where fine dining and nightlife come together in one stunning spot.
“We wanted to create a luxury space where you could have dinner, dance and enjoy a full night out all in one spot,” says Todd Istre, co-founder of Reach Hospitality. “Something that bridges the gap between an old Hollywood steakhouse and a sophisticated nightlife venue but also very intentionally female-forward.”
Feast Like A Star

EVELYN’s menu takes inspiration from the golden age of Hollywood steakhouses, bringing it into the 21st century. Think premium cuts like the dry-aged prime ribeye and indulgent seafood towers, but with modern techniques that make every dish feel like an event. Go for the wagyu cheesesteak bites, the jumbo lump gulf crab and avocado stack, or dive into the Texas wagyu strip — each dish feels like a star-studded affair.
Of course, the drinks are just as fabulous. Whether you’re sipping on the house martini — a classic with Bombay Sapphire gin — or going all-in with the $150 “price of fame” martini (yes, you read that right) with Nolet’s Reserve Gin, truffle bitters and caviar-stuffed olives, you’ll feel like the star of the show.
The cocktail list is a tribute to Hollywood’s golden age, packed with bold and inventive drinks that will have you feeling like you’re at a glamorous soirée. Picture sipping on a time stands still (Gray Whale gin, Sloe gin and lavender honey) or a wagyu manhattan (whiskey infused with wagyu fat); the drinks are designed to be as bold as they are beautiful.

For wine lovers, EVELYN boasts a curated list of wold and new world selections, ensuring the perfect pairing for every meal.
