With Halloween almost upon us, ready to knock on the door and exclaim “trick or treat,” several food establishments in the Dallas-Fort Worth area have announced a number of deals and discounts that they will be offering amidst the spooky day.
Ranging from food/drink specials and costume contests to Halloween-themed refreshments, these six restaurants and bars are the places to be during this frighteningly fun month.
Kicking off the list is Dallas-based fine dining restaurant, Villa Azur, which is offering a special Halloween cocktail inspired by the hit film Beetlejuice. The delicious drink puts a unique twist on the classic coconut margarita, combining the black and white aesthetics of Halloween with tequila, triple sec, coconut cream, and lime juice. The beverage is available throughout the entire month of October.
Next is The Rustic, which has a lot going on during this Halloween season. From Oct. 23 to Oct. 31, patrons will be able to enjoy pricing specials on beer, as well as buckets of brews. On Oct. 28, The Rustic will be hosting a pumpkin patch extravaganza, featuring carving stations, photo ops and more. The following day, on Oct. 29, the eatery is putting on a Halloween party, with a costume contest, family-style brunch and live music occurring throughout the day.
Another business that will be serving up a costume competition is JINYA Ramen Bar. On Oct. 31, all costume-donning guests of JINYA who take a picture of their creative looks and tag @jinyaramenbar on Instagram will be entered for a chance to win a $500 restaurant gift card.
Do you like discounts? Enjoy mouth-watering burgers? Well, on Halloween day, select Bar Louie locations will be slashing the prices off of its craft burgers, giving guests a cheap meal option before they fill up on sweets later on. Patrons can also pair their burgers with Bar Louie’s limited-time fall-spiced Old Fashioned cocktail, which is made with bourbon, pumpkin spice notes, orange bitters and more.
If you prefer your Halloween snacking experience to be sweet over savory, Serious Pizza has announced that it will be offering a unique sweet treat on Oct. 31. Called "crypt confection,” the 18-inch dessert pizza is made with a hauntingly delicious combination of chocolate pudding, marshmallow spread, orange cream cheese icing, crushed Oreos, Halloween sprinkles, candy eyes and gummy worms.
Finally, in commemoration of Halloween, Pokeworks is offering a 20% discount on all orders in-store, online and on their app between Oct. 27 to Oct. 31. In addition, the poke bowl establishment is also instilling a Happy Hour promo with DoorDash throughout the month of October, where customers receive a glorious 30% discount when they order between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.
