It’s that time of year! Santaland and SNOWDAY return to Galleria Dallas. The experience, perfect for the whole family offers photo opportunities and a chance to explore a true winter wonderland.
1. Santaland and SNOWDAY Are Separate
Santaland and SNOWDAY are separate experiences. They are adjoining, and guests are encouraged to visit both.
2. Photo Ops Galore
In Santaland, snap photos on The North Pole-bound train and with Santa Claus, but there are even more photo ops in SNOWDAY, including a photo booth, upside-down house and more. Guests are given a bracelet for easy photo access: Just scan it and pose.
If you want a Santa portrait, head to Santaland. If you want to snap and pose endlessly, head to SNOWDAY. Our rec? Go to both.
3. Digital Photos Are Free, Hard Copies Are Not
Hard copies of the photos are available for purchase, or download digital copies for free. Snowday is also the perfect backdrop for your own photos, making the experience prime Instagram fodder.
4. Digital And Real Actors
Whether it's the Elf on the Shelf in SNOWDAY, the train conductor or Santa himself in Santaland, there are real-world actors for kiddo interaction. Throughout the experience, there are also actors on digital screens to help bring the winter wonderland to life.
5. Explore Nooks And Crannies
Throughout SNOWDAY there are tiny-sized dioramas embedded in the lower part of the walls, making them perfectfor kids to explore and grownups to snap some photos. SNOWDAY looks like a holiday-themed movie set, but it's all these little details that make the experience so rich.

7. Get A Deal
We recommend purchasing a combo ticket for the most bang for your buck — 15% less than booking each separately.
Pricing varies based on normal, peak and value days. Peak days are weekends and the week before Christmas. Value days are every Monday and Tuesday except for the week before Christmas.
8. Park Near Banana Republic
Santaland and Snowday are on the south end of Level 1, next to Banana Republic. Park accordingly.
9. Duration
SNOWDAY is an hour-long adventure, while Santaland is approximately 30-45 minutes. Keep in mind that for Santaland, part of the experience is waiting in line for Kris Kringle so heads up if your kids get restless.
10. Accessibility
Exhibits are highly immersive with use of lighting, fog and sound effects. Guests who may be sensitive to these should use caution if attending. Limited areas within SNOWDAY have slanted flooring or require stairs to access.
Bonus: When To Bring The Fur Babies
Wednesday nights from 5 p.m. to close Galleria Dallas is hosting pet nights for photos with Santa and Snowday will be welcoming all well-behaved pets those nights as well! To bring your pet, simply purchase a pet ticket from the ticketing page. (Only available Wednesday nights.)
