Get ready to laugh your heart out at the seventh annual Plano Comedy Festival, the biggest comedy extravaganza in North Texas! This weekend promises non-stop laughter with a lineup of top-notch stand-up comedians, surprise acts and plenty of unforgettable moments.

This year, from Nov. 5-10, guests can look forward to some of the country’s funniest folks. The lineup includes Don McMillan, Learnmore Jonasi, Brad Upton, Sarah Colonna, Paul Varghese, Eric Eaton, Linda Stogne, Mike Vecchione, Cipha Sounds, Karith Foster, KeLanna Spiller and many, many more.

Since beginning in 2018, the festival has grown from a weekend-long event to a full week of laughter. Not only comedy fans are paying attention to the event — one of the goals of the festival is to enrich and grow the comedic scene in Plano and North Texas.

As previously reported by Local Profile, the festival grew so quickly that efforts piqued the interest of the city of Plano, which provided funding to boost the festival’s expansion.

Now in its seventh year, the Plano Comedy Festival is back and bigger than ever, with over 100 acts lighting up the stage at Mic Drop Comedy Plano (formerly The Plano House of Comedy) in The Shops at Legacy, along with the Backdoor Comedy Club. Comedy fans are in for a six-day feast of entertainment, featuring stand-up, magic, character performances and alternative comedy that promise something for everyone.

Beyond the laughs, festival-goers can dive into unique experiences, including a Best of Fest Comedy Brunch, insightful panel discussions and a Dean Lewis Stand-Up Workshop, offering something for both fans and aspiring comedians to enjoy.
