Where To Watch The Olympics In North Texas

Many restaurants are hosting watch parties with food and drink specials

The Olympics are underway, but you don’t have to be in Paris to cheer on your favorite athletes.  

Restaurants and sports bars around North Texas are offering deals and specials for guests to enjoy while they watch the most highly anticipated sporting events of the year. Let the games begin! 

Here’s where to watch:

Tricky Fish

6775 Cowboys Way, Frisco

Celebrate with two USA-inspired cocktails at Tricky Fish: the ‘Merica Marg and Yankee Doodle Daiquiri, each priced at just $8. Raise a toast to Team USA with these refreshing sips. 

The Porch 

2912 N. Henderson Avenue, Dallas

This Knox-Henderson favorite is the perfect place to dine during these special events, offering a new brunch menu, lunch, happy hour and dinner during the Olympics from July 26 to Aug. 11. Happy hour runs Monday through Thursday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., offering 50% off all signature cocktails.

Loro

14999 Montfort Dr, Dallas | 1812 N Haskell Ave., Dallas

Both the Addison and Dallas locations of Loro are offering a special takeout deal so you can enjoy your favorite bites at home while watching the Olympics. From July 26 through August 11, spend $50 and get $10 off using the code: USA (to-go only).

Alternatively, you can visit the restaurant to watch the games, as they will be playing on their TVs.

Al Biernat’s 

5251 Spring Valley Rd, Dallas | 4217 Oak Lawn Ave, Dallas

From July 26 through Aug. 11, Al Biernat’s is offering several drink specials for guests watching the games. These offerings include the Team USA, featuring El Tesoro Reposado, fresh strawberry and lime agave; the Go For Gold, made with Moet Chandon, brown sugar, Angostura bitters and gold sugar; and the Closing Ceremonies, a blend of Aspen vodka, Cointreau, dry Vermouth and fresh orange.

The French Room

1321 Commerce Street, Dallas

From July 26 through Aug. 11, The French Room is celebrating the 2024 Paris Olympics with performances by the French jazz quartet La Pompe, festive décor and more. Offering a three-course tea service with a French twist, it's the perfect place to celebrate the opening and closing ceremonies. The experience includes a three-course menu featuring tea sandwiches, scones, French pastries, loose leaf teas from local purveyor Zatki, a Brut Rosé Champagne toast, French jazz performances, photo opportunities and more.

Happiest Hour

2616 Olive St, Dallas

This Harwood District spot is hosting an Olympics watch party from July 26 through August 11. Join from 4 p.m. to midnight to watch the games on their 30-foot LED screen and around 40 additional TVs, while enjoying $30 beer buckets.

AMC Theater

Multiple locations

AMC Theaters are showcasing the Olympic games on their big screens at select locations across Dallas every day of the event. Adult tickets start at $11. Participating locations include Addison, Arlington, Dallas, Frisco, Garland, Irving and Mesquite.

Renny’s Grill

11661 Preston Rd #153, Dallas

The family-owned concept will feature special happy hours during the Olympics from Monday to Thursday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Specials include $7 house martinis, $2 off appetizers, cocktails and wines by the glass, $1 off all beers and $10 cheeseburgers.

Art Park Trinity Groves
