Here are a few Easter egg hunts near you: 

Farmstead Eggstravaganza

When: March 23 | 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Hop on over to the Heritage Farmstead Museum’s annual Spring Festival. The event features an egg hunt with thousands of prize-filled eggs for children ages 10 and under. Guests of all ages will delight in the joys of spring on the Blackland Prairie with the shearing of the Farmstead’s sheep and a variety of other family-friendly activities.

The event will also include historic live exhibits, mule-drawn wagon rides and photo ops with farm animals. Donuts and popcorn will be available for purchase. 

Egg hunts are scheduled every 30 minutes starting at 9 a.m. and guests will purchase tickets based on the child’s age.

Adriatica Village Egg-Stravaganza

Calling kids of all ages! Get ready to hunt for eggs and meet the Easter Bunny. Alongside the egg hunts, enjoy DJ games, balloon artists, face painting, bouncy houses and a variety of Easter-themed games and activities. Admission to the event, egg hunt and Easter games and activities is free! Some activities like face painting, bounce houses, and balloon art may require tickets, available for purchase. Each egg hunt is separated by age, beginning with infants to three-year-olds at 10:30 a.m. 

Easter Egg Hound Hunt

Of course, we can’t forget about the pups! Owners will delight as their furry friends sniff out Easter Eggs filled with doggie treats at Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve. Will your pup uncover one of the golden eggs and earn a special prize? 

Dogs must be leashed with non-retractable leashes (maximum six feet) and remain under their owner's control throughout the event. Ensure your dog has current tags. Registration fee is per dog, and owners must be 16 years old or older. Each person may bring a maximum of two dogs.

Easter Eggstravaganza at PGA District

Join in on springtime festivities at PGA Frisco’s inaugural Easter Eggstravaganza, benefitting Make-A-Wish North Texas. Celebrate the arrival of Spring with an array of Easter-themed activities that promise fun for the whole family.

The PGA will host Easter events such as a scavenger hunt, petting zoo, face painting, carnival games, photo opportunities and much more. Food and drinks will be available for purchase. 

Hilton Anatole 

When: March 30 | 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.

The hotel welcomes families and guests to join in for a hopping good time with timed egg hunts by age group, face painting, a balloon artist, delicious snacks and beverages for kids and adults and a visit from the Easter Bunny. Three golden eggs will be among the easter egg hunts, giving participants the opportunity to win an overnight stay in a family suite (capacity for family of 4) and access to JadeWaters Resort Pool. 

Attendees can park on the surface lot, parking is not included.

Aquatic Egg Dive

Join the Plano Aquatic Center for an extraordinary egg hunt experience! The special bunny and Goldie A. Duck will be hiding eggs in the swimming pool for the kiddos to discover. Children aged 3-5 and 5-7 will search in the shallow areas, while those aged 7-9 and 9-11 will explore the deeper sections. 

Participants should feel confident in the water without assistance. After the hunt, kids can enjoy swimming during the public hours from 1-6 p.m. (parents and non-participants will need to pay the daily admission fee). Be sure to pre-register for this event to secure your spot!

Easter at the Westin Dallas
