The Louisiana-based fast-food chain Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers announced a new Post Malone-Dallas Cowboys-themed restaurant opening at 2255 W Northwest Highway in West Dallas.
It is no secret that Dallas-raised rapper Post Malone is a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan and he is willing to show his support of the team in more daunting ways than most fans. According to Marca, in October 2022, during a dinner between the singer and former Cowboys Michael Irvin, Drew Pearson and Dez Bryant at the Tower Club, he vowed to get “88” (in reference to the number Irvin, Pearson and Bryant worn during their Cowboys careers) tattooed on his forehead.
Malone is not shy about his fried chicken love either. In April 2023, Raising Cane’s opened a Post Malone-themed location in Midvale, Utah after the rapper personally requested a new restaurant near his home in Midvale that he would custom design. The result was a solid pink restaurant complete with a classic 1974 Ford F250 as a permanent fixture in the parking lot and its own custom menu item exclusive to the Midvale restaurant: the Posty Way combo.
Pairing Malone’s passions was only natural and Raising Cane’s followed through, Texas style: the new location features a 32-feet-tall Cowboys star to welcome customers as they enter the drive-thru, a vending machine with exclusive merch for fans, a Post Malone fan mailbox inside the restaurant and Dallas Cowboys memorabilia to any fan’s heart’s content.
"Growing up in Dallas, I've been a fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Cane's since I was a kid, so it is an honor to be part of this collaboration with two of the greatest brands in history," Malone said in a statement.
"First the Post Malone x Cane's Cowboys cups and now an entire Restaurant,” said Dallas Cowboys owner, president and general manager Jerry Jones. “We just love the partnership and friendship with Todd Graves, Cane's and Post Malone.”
As for the menu, it’ll be almost identical to any other Raising Cane’s location, except for the box combo, which includes four chicken fingers, fries, no slaw, extra toast, two Cane’s sauces, salt and pepper packets, a Post Malone sticker and an Arnold Palmer to drink, according to The Dallas Morning News.
If you are looking to get your hand on one of those collectors Post Malone-Dallas Cowboys cups Jerry Jones was talking about, check Raising Cane’s site for the location selling them nearest you, or wait until the new restaurant’s grand opening on Oct. 12, 2023, and enjoy the full experience.
