Dude Perfect, one of the world’s most popular YouTube channels known for its trick shots, recently expanded its footprint at The Star Business Park by purchasing 20,000 square feet of industrial space there for $3 million last year. Dallas Business Journal reports that the company has now acquired an additional 60,000 square feet in the same facility.

As Local Profile previously reported, the new headquarters will serve as a hub for content creation, community gatherings with athletes from high school and professional levels, a retail outlet and dedicated spaces for podcasts and gaming. While the new production facility is set to become the main hub for creating their popular content. Coby Cotton, a member of the on-screen team, compares the setup to a late-night show studio, envisioning it as a dedicated space where they can bring their creative ideas to life on a larger scale.

According to D Magazine, newly appointed CEO Andrew Yaffe shared that 20,000 square feet of this space will be dedicated to a comprehensive video production facility. The remaining 60,000 square feet will be allocated for business operations, where the company currently employs 25 people. Yaffe told D CEO that he anticipates the staff could double by the end of 2025.

In April 2024, Dude Perfect announced a partnership with Highmount Capital, a private investment firm focused on early growth-stage and middle-market investments in transformative technology, media and growth-oriented platforms.

The collaboration involves a substantial investment in growth capital, totaling nine figures, empowering Dude Perfect to embark on ambitious ventures and initiatives. This funding will facilitate the expansion of their portfolio of creative partnerships and establish a management team poised to propel the group to additional achievements.
