Sanjh, the La Colinas restaurant known for celebrating 3,500 years of Indian cuisine, now offers daily lunch service from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Head Chef Balpreet Chadha also introduced fresh additions to the dinner menu, elevating the overall dining experience.
Since its inauguration in January 2024, Sanjh garnered significant acclaim from the local community for its commitment to delivering an unparalleled Indian dining experience.

Lunch Menu
Sanjh’s lunch menu features a selection of dinner favorites in appropriate portions for lunch, including soup or salad, one entree and accompaniments like dal, rice, naan and raita.
Options include seafood dishes like scallops recheado and tandoori jhinga, poultry items like batti da kukarh and Old Delhi butter chicken and vegetarian choices like palak paneer and subz kofta.
New Dinner Menu Additions
Chef Chadha, along with Executive Sous Chef Sarabjit Singh Assi, has introduced new dinner dishes such as the samosa trio, dahi ke gucchey, baingan bhartha, nilgiri kozhi tikka, gilaafi seekh kebab, hyderabadi goat shikampuri kabab, calamari gymkhana, green lip mussels and lamb rack josh.
The pastry chef has also unveiled two new desserts, jalebi and ras malai, both of which offer a modern twist on traditional favorites.
