Revolver Brewing Company's North Texas Blonde Ale was named the official craft beer of UNT Athletics. Crafted with Pilsner malt and Mandarina and Centennial hops, North Texas Blonde will be available at DATCU Stadium and the Super Pit starting in September.
The North Texas Blonde Ale, featuring the iconic Strutting Eagle design on its can, will be available in August at retailers across North Texas, thanks to a partnership with MolsonCoors and Fisher59. Currently served in Denton bars and restaurants, this beer boasts a full flavor and light body with a 4.8% ABV.
"Joining together with Revolver Brewing to release North Texas Blonde was an easy decision, and we are excited for this blonde ale to be available for Mean Green fans and craft beer lovers across DFW," UNT Vice President and Director of Athletics Jared Mosley said in a statement. "Utilizing the fan-favorite Strutting Eagle logo along with Revolver's outstanding reputation for craft beer is sure to make this beer a favorite."
