Mark your calendars and loosen your belts — DFW Restaurant Week is back, officially running from August 4–10, 2025. As always, some restaurants just can’t help themselves and will kick things off early or keep the deliciousness going through the end of August.
For diners across North Texas, the message is clear: come hungry, leave fulfilled — and make a difference while you’re at it. The full lineup of participating spots and how to snag a reservation will be revealed later this summer. For now, stay hungry.
Celebrating The Stars Of 2024
At the heart of DFW Restaurant Week are the restaurants that rally behind the cause year after year — and their efforts haven’t gone unnoticed. The Star Restaurant Awards recognized top donors in both the Dallas and Tarrant areas, with Pappas Bros. The 2024 Dallas-area honorees included:
- Pappas Bros. Steakhouse
- Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse Plano
- Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse Dallas
- Chamberlain’s Steak and Fish
- Al Biernat’s North

Dining With Purpose
With its 29th annual return just around the corner, organizers recently announced that the 2024 event raised an impressive $740,083 for local charities, reaffirming the event’s dual mission to spotlight the region’s best restaurants while supporting neighbors in need.
The funds — $530,632 for the North Texas Food Bank (NTFB) and $209,451 for Lena Pope — were raised by more than 150 restaurants across Dallas, Tarrant, Collin and Denton counties. Participating spots donated roughly 20% of each prix fixe meal to the charity partner in their area, a model that has fueled more than $12 million in donations since the event’s inception in 1996.
“Because of you, the funds raised provided 1.6 million meals at a time when needs are higher than ever,” said Trisha Cunningham, president and CEO of the North Texas Food Bank. “For 29 years, this event has demonstrated the profound impact of a community coming together to make a difference.”
This year, restaurants interested in participating can inquire via the website here.
