Dallas’ highly anticipated Chefs For Farmers Food & Wine Festival returns on Nov. 3, 2024, with a stellar lineup of chefs and restaurants for its main event. Now in its 14th year, the festival will unite Dallas' culinary stars and renowned eateries, making it a must-attend for foodies.

For chefs, the festival is about more than showcasing their creations — it’s about building community. It gives them a chance to reflect on their journeys, celebrate each other’s achievements and enjoy being part of the vibrant Dallas culinary scene.

The event will take place at Old City Park, located at 1515 South Harwood Street, Dallas, on Nov. 3. VIP ticket holders can enjoy the festivities from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m., while general admission runs from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Although VIP tickets are sold out, general admission tickets are still available for $145.

This year's festival brings together some of Dallas’ most celebrated chefs, offering something special for food lovers. Chef Toby Archibald from Quarter Acre will showcase his New Zealand-inspired kingfish ceviche, made with locally sourced ingredients. His dishes blend global flavors with local produce, giving attendees a taste of his international influences.

Another standout is Travis Wyatt, executive chef of Mirador, who will serve his innovative caviar donut. This dish pairs a sweet fish sauce glaze with rich caviar for a unique sweet-and-salty experience. The team starts preparing as early as 4 a.m. to fry the donuts to perfection.

Chef RJ Yoakum of Georgie will also make an impression with his creative take on carbonara, featuring puffed black pepper naan, smoked pecorino fondue and sliced cured pork jowl.

The festival offers more than just delicious dishes; it’s a special event where chefs from all over come together, taking a rare break from their kitchens to connect with fellow culinary professionals. Chef James Johnson, who has been at Pappas Bros. Steakhouse for 18 years, has deep ties to the Dallas food scene, having worked under renowned chef Dean Fearing and as a sous chef at The Mansion on Turtle Creek.

Other out-of-town chefs include chef Clément Loubeyre from Restaurant Benoît in New York and Chef Steve McHugh from San Antonio’s Cured at Pearl.

Guests will be able to vote for their favorite dish to win The Best Bite Presented by American Airlines AAdvantage Mastercard credit card. American Airlines Mastercard card members receive a 15% off ticket discount at checkout. $25 of each general admission ticket sold will go directly to The Seed Project Foundation.
