From dining on delicious Thai food and lounging at speakeasies to playing mini golf and surfing, there’s loads to do at Grandscape in The Colony. This year, there will be even more, with Fritz’s Adventure opening its first location in North Texas. Get ready for zipline fun!
In 2023, the Missouri-based Fritz’s Adventure announced the company would open a location at Grandscape in The Colony. The indoor and outdoor adventure park is set to open at 5651 Nebraska Furniture Mart Drive this year.
What To Expect
Fritz's Adventure at Grandscape will span over 100,000 square feet, offering an exciting experience for visitors of all ages and abilities. This expansive space blends indoor and outdoor attractions, including:
- TreeTops zipline course
- Climbing routes
- Multi-level ropes course
- Treehouses
- Extreme slides
- Subterranean tunnels and more
“Fritz’s Adventure was inspired by the love my wife and I have adventuring with our kids,” previously said Matt Engram, Fritz’s owner and CEO. “We offer guests an experience to create memories that will last a lifetime.”
When It Will Open
While a date has not yet been set for Fritz’s, construction is nearing completion. The adventure park was initially set to open in 2024, but was slightly delayed. Once open, the park will open year-round.

After heading over to Fritz’s families can explore Grandscape's many great dining options such as Tande Thai, Hard Eight BBQ, Heritage Pizza, LSA Burger Co. and so much more. For those without kiddos, any of the above restaurants are a terrific option as are Davio's and JAKO.
