Before joining PEPCO, Osteen held the position of managing partner at MERITAX Property Tax Consultants. His background includes serving as a property tax consultant with REO Tax Consulting, Inc. and The Marvin Poer Company. Notably, Osteen achieved success in representing prominent clients such as Motel 6 and Innkeepers USA across more than 24 states. His career began as a tax appraiser at the Oklahoma County Assessor's Office before transitioning to the role of a property tax consultant.

Clayton embarked on his journey in property tax consulting while pursuing his studies at the University of Texas at Dallas.
