Trademark Property Co., the Fort Worth-based retail and mixed-use development, investment and third-party services firm, today announced Blo Blow Dry Bar has signed a 10-year lease at Watters Creek at Montgomery Farms, the 800,000-square-foot mixed-use center in Allen, Texas. The 1,000-square-foot salon will be located on Garden Park Drive, across from The Blue Fish, and is slated to open in summer 2016.
“Blo Blow Dry Bar will be a perfect addition to the tenant mix at Watters Creek,” said Terry Montesi, CEO of Trademark Property. “Along with the store’s opening, 2016 will also see the completion of the center’s third phase of development, which will offer guests and residents multi-family units, more retailers, restaurants and new amenities to enjoy.”
Over the past two years, Watters Creek has added more than $2.5 million in new property amenities. The property is nearing completion on its third phase of development, which includes 109 new residential units atop 3,000 square feet of new, ground floor cafe space situated next to a new pop jet fountain. In addition, Aloft Hotel will open a 136-room hotel in spring 2018.
