Experience free fun for the whole family at the first ever Frisco Arts Walk! Presented by Frisco Arts, this fully immersive event will take place at the newly renovated HALL Park at the Texas Sculpture Garden—the largest private collection of sculpture ever assembled for public view. With interactive activities, guided tours and more, this is a new way to immerse yourself in the works of art held in the newly renovated HALL Park in the Texas Sculpture Garden. In particular, come and enjoy the interactive Arts installations along the Walk, including:
- Live painters and sketch artists from Visual Arts Guild of Frisco
- Metal work and sculpture artists from Collin College
- Live music from Reedy High School Orchestra students
- Human Statues
- Disney singing princesses: Cinderella and Anna and Elsa from Pixies Dusted Parties
The work of these Texas artists has never been more accessible, with pop-up gourmet food truck park and a children’s area complete with bounce houses, an instrument petting zoo and hands-on activities.
There will be docent-guided tours through the indoor portion of the Texas Sculpture Garden and a free mobile app with an audio guide of the outdoor section of the Texas Sculpture Garden. Download the Otocast app (Apple and Android) for a self-guided tour with a map, photos and audio guides provided by the artists of the Texas Sculpture Garden as well as the points of interest at the Frisco Arts Walk. There’s also a concert on the lawn with Good Question Band, a high-energy dance band.
The Frisco Arts Walk is free and open to the public and is proudly sponsored by Frisco Arts, AT&T, HALL Park, and Frisco Style Magazine.
