The Texas Rangers and Cordish Living are teaming up to develop One Rangers Way, set to open in January 2025. The new community will provide a unique chance to live just steps from Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium and AT&T Stadium.
One Rangers Way provides a luxurious living experience with 300 units, showcasing a curated selection of Rangers artifacts and bespoke art pieces. Residents will enjoy a range of amenities, including an outdoor pool, entertainment spaces, fitness facilities, coworking areas and a tranquil zen garden. The residential building will feature upscale living with over 43,000 square feet of top-tier services, rivaling the country's premier residential and condo properties.
"One Rangers Way will bring an upscale residential component to the Arlington Entertainment District, which has become one of the fastest-growing sports and entertainment destinations in the country," Texas Rangers Managing Partner and Majority Owner Ray Davis said in a statement. "This project also reflects the tradition of the Rangers as many of the franchise's legendary players are being incorporated into the branding of the building. I want to thank the city of Arlington and the Cordish Companies for their partnership on the construction of One Rangers Way, and I Iook forward to its opening in just a few months."
One Rangers Way builds on the growth of the Entertainment District, which started with the launch of Texas Live! in 2018. This 300-unit residential building, designed by Hord Coplan Macht, offers a variety of apartment options, including studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and penthouse units, with prices ranging from $1,500 to $4,000. Each residence boasts high-end finishes and appliances, including in-unit washers and dryers, as well as expansive ceiling heights and floor-to-ceiling windows.
One Rangers Way will honor the Texas Rangers' storied history with a distinctive design featuring a curated collection of team artifacts and player-inspired artwork, immersing fans in the team's legacy like never before. The building will showcase 35 pieces of memorabilia, including items from the 2023 World Series, such as lineup cards from the championship game and Cory Seager's Game 1 jersey.
The building will also feature a custom art collection of over 50 pieces, highlighting legendary Rangers players through artistic prints, murals, sculptures and installations. Each artwork and artifact has been meticulously chosen to narrate the franchise's story, allowing residents to live amid the team's greatest moments.
