Explore further with the Tea Tonic, featuring black tea infused vermouth, cherry syrup, lime acid and classic Indian tonic; the Yangs Old Fashioned, boasting sweet betel nut bourbon, and Peychaud's bitters; the East India Express, made with gin, mango puree, chili tincture, fresh lime juice and roasted cumin orange liqueur; or the innovative Chaat, blending tequila, homemade chaat masala syrup, citric acid solution and coriander and black salt and sugar foam.
